The third flight attracted more crowds and some more wind.
The newcomer Nicky Souter still has a great run towards the semi finals and won her race against Lotte Meldgaard Pedersen. The race was tight but Pedersen didn’t do well enough in the tacking and Souter took advantage of that.
Claire Leroy continues to win, this time collecting her third victory of the day without any problems against Sally Barkow.
Another hot prospect for the quarter finals is Anna Kjellberg, who raced against Katie Spithill. After another very good start, which has proved to be a key for victory, by Anna and the crew, she took the lead over Spithill. Katie was a little bit to eager and went over the starting line to soon and got a penalty - which was all Kjellberg needed to win.
The last race, Lucy Macgregor versus Linda Rahm, had all the intensity you could wish for and offered a number of exciting and good maneuvers. But Linda Rahm’s crew was slightly faster and better and took their first win of the day.
